Delete your Orbit Escape account
This page lets Orbit Escape players request permanent deletion even if they no longer have the game installed.
Delete inside the game
Open Settings → Data → Delete Account. Confirming the request permanently deletes the account and associated cloud data.
Request deletion without the game
Email Orbit Escape Support using the button below. Include the Google account email used to sign in and, if available, your player name or Support ID so we can identify the correct account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What is deleted
The request deletes the Orbit Escape account and associated profile, cloud progress, player name reservation, leaderboard records, authentication sessions, challenges, referrals, support data, and stored profile images, subject to verification and applicable law.
What may be retained
Limited purchase-validation, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained where required or justified. These records are minimized or anonymized and are not used to keep the deleted game account active.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We will contact you if additional verification or legally permitted time is required.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
