Steel Horizon Studio

Orbit Escape Privacy Policy

Effective September 1, 2026

Overview

This policy explains how Steel Horizon Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Orbit Escape, its online services, and its support features.

Information we process

How we use information

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate the game, comply with law, protect users and the service, or complete a business transfer. Providers include Google Play and Google Sign-In, Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform, hosting and database infrastructure, and Apple services when the iOS version is offered. Public leaderboard and challenge features display your chosen player name, score, rank, country code where applicable, and approved profile picture.

Legal bases and choices

Where applicable, we process data to perform our agreement with you, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with legal duties, and request consent for advertising where required. You can manage advertising consent through Settings → Privacy Choices when that option is required. You may use the game without linking a Google account, although cloud features require sign-in.

Storage, retention, and transfers

Some preferences remain locally on your device. Online data is stored on our server infrastructure and may be processed in countries other than your own. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Some purchase, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained where required or justified after account deletion.

Your rights and account deletion

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent. Orbit Escape provides Settings → Delete Account to request deletion of your account and cloud data. If you no longer have access to the game, use our public account-deletion page. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Orbit Escape is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where a higher minimum age applies to consent for online services, a parent or guardian should supervise use as required by local law. Contact us if you believe a child provided information improperly.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as Orbit Escape or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
